I first received a call from the hiring manager explaining the role and if I was interested (as it was in a different country and sector that I was in). Afterwards, I was invited to a microsoft teams meeting with him - it was friendly and going over my background and what the role would entail. A couple months later I received a second invitation to a teams meeting with the bank director and HR where a more in depth interview on my skills and motivation was conducted. A couple weeks after I received a call letting me know that they chose a candidate that was already in the local market.

First, I had a phone interview, the second phase was a group interview and the last phase was a 1 to 1 interview.
Interview Questions
They asked us to prepare in grups the information memoradum of a merger between this bank and a telecom company. We made 4 groups, one was the legal team, one was the finance team, one was the communication team and the last was the engineering team. Each team had 4 persons. We had 30 minutes to work whit our team, and 10 more minutes to prepare the info memo with the information of all the teams. Once we have the info memo we vote 2 speakers and they exposed the info memo to 2 MD. We did this in English.
