Interview
Had an initial phone interview with one of the managers in the department. The questions were mainly around fit and why I would like to work in this division having worked in equity research before.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question was why equity research to credit research but because I had a very clear idea of why I wanted to move, my answer was well received. Other than that, the questions were mainly aroud how you might deal in a high stress situation and how you would manage competing deadlines. Because there were two office locations, they also wanted to know which office I would prefer to work in and asked a little bit about my desire to relocate. It wasn't an uncomfortable interview at all and I felt the manager was very personable.
