I interviewed for the Summer Associate role out of my MBA program. The process was a straightforward Super Day with two behavioral interviews and one technical interview.
The behavioral rounds were conversational — covering why banking, why Barclays, and a few standard behavioral questions. The technical interview was accounting-based and not difficult.
Overall a smooth process. Come prepared with your story and standard behavioral answers, as that’s where most of the time is spent.
