Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process starts with you needing to meet most or all of the analysts in the office, they are the ones that decide whether to push you through or not. After a first round, and second for me due to a special situation, you then will be notified if you got a super day. Superday was half technical, half brain teasers / behavioral. The process was a bit messy and needed to end up doing 2 more rounds after the super day before they came to a decision.
