Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I came from a target and was lucky enough to interview with a few junior bankers before my interview; I asked them targeted questions (what are qualities unique to your firm that similar banks lack, what is your outlook for the next 6-12 months for the deal-making environment, how much do junior bankers have the opportunity to "play up") and just recycled their answers during my own interview. Three rounds - Final round consisted of only behavioral, the earlier two were technical screening.
