Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had a virtual technical screening for the FIG team at Barclays. He asked the differences between valuing a bank and a normal company, what multiples need to be used. Different valuation methodologies. Also, I had to do accretion/dilution for all stock acquisition and an all cash acquisition.
