Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first went through a phone interview with a recruiter. Following that, they invited me in for an interview. I then met with the managing director of Sales where we went through my background and was asked many personality and fit questions. Following the interview, I was asked to to come back in again about 3 weeks later. I met with the same managing director, and a financial advisor at the same time, where i was asked more fit questions based on an online test they sent me. Following this they told me they wanted to start the hiring process, which for them takes a few moths. They wanted me to come back in and meet with more advisors, then do a background check, write down list of friends/family.
