Interview
Very informal, unstructured. I was interviewed following a successful internship with the company organized by a study abroad program.
Interview Questions
Less of a question-and-answer than an informal lunch meeting with the Managing Director. The questioning was mostly focused around my ability to adjust following the relocation (particularly, whether I spoke French or German, which I did not). The qualitative portion also focused on my ability to travel, as the position required seamless ~75% travel across 4 continents - very intense. The skills portion included what subjects I had studied in undergrad, what were my interests and how my past positions were relevant to my chosen career path.
