I had an on campus interview at my school, then went to their headquarters and had a superday that consisted of three behavioral interviews.

Interview Questions

There weren't really any questions that were overly difficult in the interview process. My first on campus interview involved a tell me about yourself question that ended up in a 30 minute casual conversation with the interviewer. During the superday, I was asked why I specifically wanted to work for a chemical company, how I work as part of a team, and what sets me apart from other candidates. Understanding the companies different divisions will allow you to land a job at BASF without a doubt.
