Bassini Playfair & Associates (BP&A) is a private equity firm that specializes in Latin American emerging markets.

The firm is the U.S. parent company for Bassini, Playfair Advisor Inc., a Bermudan offshore company, the co-investment advisors to the fund along with Sigma. Bassini, Playfair Advisor Inc. is owned by another offshore Anguillan company, CEA Capital, in which BP&A has a majority stake.
