Interview
Pretty standard interview process, was composed of 4 separate interviews, then a superday with one associate, one VP, and one Partner. Asked about companies that I'm excited about and my opinion of their current portfolio. Several standard case studies and some behavioral questions as well.
Interview Questions
Most difficult question was when one of the VPs asked which of their investments was my least favorite. While I thought I was respectful in my response, the VP still seemed rather annoyed at the choice I made (I made sure not to say a company that he sourced). In general, some associates were quite persistent in challenging my opinion and responses, but were always very respectful and constructive in their feedback. Other than that, questions are pretty similar to what one would expect in a VC/growth equity interview. No modeling questions.
