Analyst

I went through a phone interview, on-campus interview, and superday before being offered a position. It was a fairly basic interview process. First round was mildly technical but mostly behavioral. Superday was a combination, where we interviewed with every banker in the office. Analysts hit us with standard technical questions while senior bankers asked some fit questions. Senior bankers tried to make sure you understood something about the defense industry.
