Originally they had scheduled on campus 45 minute interviews, but last second they switched these to phone interviews (at least for me). The phone interview was all behavioral and was conducted by a human systems analyst in their HR department. He read off a list of questions and took notes. Questions like: What characteristics of a leader do you value most and when was a time you had to be a leader? What are some issues that banks are facing today? Tell me about a time you had a difficult partner. Tell me about yourself. they also ask about where you desire to work both functional group and location.

I you pass the phone interview you are invited to take a personality test (Caliper assessment) . This takes about 90 minutes. If you pass that they invite you to their nearest corporate office for several one-on-one interviews with management level employees.
