Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I networked with several analysts and associates at the bank in order to get the interview. The first round consisted of a phone interview with an analyst. The interview consisted mainly of behavioral with a few technical questions (accounting, valuation, etc.) I then moved on to super day that was held in the Richmond office. Their were seven interviews in total. I interviewed with analysts, associates, vice presidents, etc. The interviews were not extremely difficult. The questions range from the usual tell me about yourself, current job to accounting and valuation questions. Ultimately, I did not get the job.
