Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Received a first round interview after talking with several people at the firm and dropping my resume. I would highly recommend networking with employees beforehand, it appeared to be a big factor in who got interviews. Besides, the employees were pretty friendly. Interview was 2v1 and pretty relaxed, mostly a few background questions and several high-level technicals. Obviously DCF/comps analyses were discussed as well as a lot of basic accounting questions.
