Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1) Had an initial phone screen with HR asking why BB&T and why the LDP. Very simple and basic resume questions. Lasted 20 minutes. 2) 3 weeks later received a phone-call from a corporate banker who went through the program a couple years ago. Questions included why BB&T, what caused the financial crisis, what is the difference between the income statement and the balance sheet. Very basic. 3) 2 weeks later invited to Super Day in Winston-Salem which consisted of a pre interview dinner. Final round was 4 interviews which were all fit based, a persuasion excercise where I was asked to convince a customer to stay, and a writing sample.
