Please describe the interview / hiring process.

First round interview over the phone with an Associate - four days later I was offered a Super Day. Super Day occurred at their office in Richmond- hotel was provided. They kept us up late the night before with a social function to meet various bankers (25 or so) and woke us up early for the interviews. They have a particularly unique and grueling process, which consists of twelve interviews (some 1-on-1, others 2-on-1) without any breaks. Questions were frequently repeated, and the valuation/accounting questions they asked were not similar to Ibankingfaq, Vault Guide, etc. The biggest part of their super day is staying energetic and excited- which is easier said than done given the length of time being interviewed and repetition of the questions. You'll definitely be tired of "walking through your resume" and talking about the firm's "unique culture" after the 12th time.
