Summer Analyst

The initial interview was through on-campus recruiting, and consisted of a 30 minute 2 on 1 interview with 2 VP's of the firm. I received only behavioral and fit questions for this round. It was very casual. After about a 3 week wait, the firm emailed a few of the finalists and brought them down to the Reston office for a final round of interviews. The final round of interviews were mostly fit, but they had some valuation questions thrown in the mix in addition to some questions pertaining to the general state of the economy at the time of the interview.
