Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruiters held first round interviews on-campus through the career services office. This consisted of two short interviews with two analysts/recruiters in each interview. About 2-3 weeks later I was invited to the superday. This included 8 interviews, 4 of which were technical and the other 4 focusing on personality/fit. One week later I was offered the SA position and I accepted.
