Interview Questions
Pretty much everything was down the fairway behavioral questions (what role do you usually take on a team / what was a time you failed / what was a time you took leadership / what is your greatest weakness / how do you stay organized) and resume questions (tell me about this volunteer experience / what did you learn from your internship / explain your involvement in extracurricular activities). Nothing was particularly difficult or unexpected. There were no technical / financial questions asked.

Interview
The whole interview and hiring process was pretty straight forward. It consisted of a 1:1 with an on campus recruiter, then a 1:1 at the office with one of the senior guys.
Interview Questions
There really were not any unexpected questions. It was all fit questions for the most part. They wanted to know what you knew about the bank so I would make sure that you know a lot about the bank. They also asked a fair amount of behavioral questions. "Give me a time where you had to go above and beyond expectations to get the job done", "Give me a time where you didn't know the answer to something, but figured out a way to solve it." Those were two questions in particular, but there are many others they ask along those same lines. The most important thing is to know your resume very well so you can give the best answers to those questions. , There really were not any unexpected questions. I reviewed two phone calls back to back. They were both from managers of the bank. The first phone call was more behavioral but they were defiantly trying to put pressure on me to gauge if I could manage it.

The second phone call was more about what i knew and if I could do the job.
