Somewhat informal interview process. However, they wanted to see you level of interest and if you had some background in finance. Hiring process was straight forward.
Interview Questions
Nothing was unexpected. Just know the EM space is different from DM. I would recommend researching a company or nation.

Extremely casual. Phone interview followed by offer. BCP only hires referrals and is an informal internship process.
Interview Questions
There were none; all work experience and behavioral. Elaborated on work experience, why fixed income, why sales and trading, why research. Tell me about a time you faced a challenge; what do you know about securities underwriting, etc. Of interest to potential interviewers is that BCP just re-opened their investment banking division; they currently have one VP and one MD. They used to bookrun reals with some of the larger banks; e.g., Jefferies, CS, DB, so that's worth knowing for a potential interview.
