Technicals focused on accounting and understanding link between statements. The team culture appeared fairly easy going from initial contact through conclusion of interview process.

Ex. what approach would you use to value a company in x y z industry and why? walk me through some key metrics you would use to evaluate earnings? what is EV/EBTIDA? calculate enterprise value?

Good to brush up on the wall street journal as well before the interview.

I was rejected after a phone interview, but the people were very nice. I think that I could have prepared more, and that would have made the experience better. The people are great though. The junior analysts were the most helpful during the short process.
