Technicals focused on accounting and understanding link between statements. The team culture appeared fairly easy going from initial contact through conclusion of interview process.

They want to learn about your background and past contributions (be prepared to discuss and provide examples/details). Technicals ranged from valuations to modeling.

Ex. what approach would you use to value a company in x y z industry and why? walk me through some key metrics you would use to evaluate earnings? what is EV/EBTIDA? calculate enterprise value?

Good to brush up on the wall street journal as well before the interview.
