The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Applied through campus career website. Interviewer was nice and most of the questions are behavioral such as tell me a time when you led a team. The interviewer just wanted to see whether you are a good fit in working in the company.

Interview
I initially saw Belden at a career fair. After talking with the recruiter there, I was contacted for an in person interview. The interview was very easy and I was later contacted for another interview. This interview was more technical and involved questions about experience financial modeling.
Interview Questions
The most difficult question I got was "What separates your above average work from your regular work?". This question was unexpected because it seems a lot like a trick question initially. Another unexpected question I got was how many Mcdonalds are there in the United States. This question was tricky because I had no idea the correct answer. Another question was about the relationship between interest rates and things such as: Bonds, stocks, the dollar, oil. This question made me really think about my answer.
