The Overall Ranking is a score from 1 star (very bad) to 5 stars (excellent) generated based on the Company Reviews of current and former employees at this company, taking everything into account.

Founded in 2013, Bellwether Asset Management, Inc. (“BWAM”) is a privately held firm based in Los Angeles, CA. BWAM partners with clients to provide a proven institutional platform with scalable solutions for all their real estate needs. Initially engaged by Oaktree Capital’s real estate group to develop an asset management platform, BWAM has continued to expand its services to a variety of investment firms, family offices, and start-ups.
