Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I go to a school often visited by Belvedere and earned an interview from a resume drop. Started off with a ~40 minute Skype call with a senior trader who asked about general thoughts on trading/understanding of prop trading strategies. Transitioned to simple mental math and then brain teasers for roughly 35 minutes. Earned a spot to superday shortly after and was flown to Chicago for more 1 on 1 interviews, a group trading game, and some simple math/IQ tests.
