Junoir Trader

The entire interview process was great. Started with a Skype interview asking mental math questions and very basic brain teasers that don't need to be prepared for in advance. One of them was finding the heavy ball using a balancing scale. Next I was invited to an in person interview at Chicago, they paid for my flight from NYC and hotel. It consisted of multiple interviews with different traders, mainly behavioral questions and some about Greeks. There was also a trading game which just involved finding bid ask prices.
