Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied on school career website at a target school - resume, cover letter and transcript drop. There was a math test administered before the first round interview. 60 math questions in 20 minutes which is comparable to other prop trading firms. Questions were a mix of probability, basic math, complex math, sequences, etc. First round interview was with a current trader and the recruiter. They both asked behavioral type questions (why trading, why Belvedere) but only the trader asked the technical/mental math questions (expected value, probability, options). Recruiter took notes during this portion. Overall, nothing unexpected.
