Interview
I was referred for the position by an employee that worked at the firm. I reached out to human resources and mentioned his name and got an interview within a week. I went in to their offices for the interview. I was interviewed by four different people. One human resources representative and the three members of the team I would be working on. The interview was entirely behavioral, I was not expected to know anything technical about the job. There was a strong emphasis on quantitative skills and Excel knowledge.
Interview Questions
Interview was not very difficult, one question I was asked was to describe my quantitative abilities.
