Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Online video interview. We are able to chose between Skype or FaceTime. In the first round, they ask a lot of basic market knowledge questions about investment strategy and specific equities. Come prepared and able to answer questions about fit, culture, and investment knowledge. The first round interview has very little technical questions and is more focused on investment knowledge.
