This person also did a case study with me to evaluate how I thought about CRE. Last interview was with the MDs of the specific offices. More about my work ethic and goals, but obviously CRE knowledge is very helpful.

Simple 20 minute phone call to start, asked just the basics. This job was not in my area so we talked a lot about why I want to move to Scottsdale which is where the position was for. Second round was a zoom, I thought a very interesting point that they made during the zoom was that for an analyst their goal is to shape him to eventually become a PM which I feel like is great that your put on PM track.
