Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process consists of an initial phone screening interview to determine your qualifications and interest level. Subsequent interviews consisted of two phone and three one on one. Each interview tests fit and technical ability. Technical ability is based primarily around excel skills. An excel exam is given. If you have basic proficiency in excel the exam is very easy. The firm is very serious about culture so fit is a major component of the interview process.
