Interview
Had a first-round interview where I was asked what accounting classes I took and what I know about transaction advisory. Then had a super day where I had two behavioral interviews with different MDs followed by a case interview. Behavioral interviews were conversational, I was asked questions about what I knew about big data, what my favorite and least favorite classes were, and what I'm looking for in an internship. Case interview was more technical than I thought, but I got most of the questions right and missed only a couple of things. I was able to explain my mistakes well.
Interview Questions
I wasn't expecting to be asked about my experiences with big data. I also didn't expect the case interview to be as technical as it was. There were questions on the case that required knowledge outside of the information packet they gave us.

I applied through my university's career posting module (handshake) and received a first-round interview offer. A zoom call was set up, and when I joined the call, I was in a room with an analyst who offered advice and answered questions before my interview. I was then put into a breakout room with a senior associate where the interview was conducted for 30 minutes. All typical behavioral questions and then some time at the end for me to ask questions.

Interview
First round consisted of a pre-interview dinner at nearby restaurant. Following pre interview dinner were first round interviews conducted on campus.
Interview Questions
Asked technical questions that I had not expected. Asked to talk about investment banking type technicals (such as DCF, three financial statements, other basic finance and financial accounting type questions). Difficult because this was an interview for a consulting position and was expecting more behavioral questions. Other questions were standard and expected behavioral questions focused on asking about past experiences and making sure you were a good fit for both the company and the position.
