Interview

Interview consisted on an initial phone interview with an HR rep. Second round interview with with two Managers in the Underwriting Division. The interview was done via Skype, due to the travel distance. The interview was very behavioral. They tried asked a few more complex questions and you are required to complete a timed writing assignment and then explain your answers. It was actually a little stressful and felt unnecessary.
