Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Fit questions where most of the conversation. Performed a pre-interview case study helping to analyze the ability of each applicant. Once the first round took place, which was over the phone I was invited to round 2 where it was over the phone with the ceo and cfo.
