Quantitative Trader

First round consisted of an online assessment. There were probability, mental math, and other standard mathematical questions.

The first round consisted of a hybrid behavioral and technical interview with a junior trader. We covered some simple math problems, standard quant ev/probability.

The second round of interviews was with a senior trader at the firm. We once again dove into my aspirations for choosing the firm and what I hoped to gain out of a career here. We then did some more difficult quant math problems. These consisted of standard dice, card, and chess style questions as well as a few brainteasers.

The final round of interviews was in-person. You fly out and chat with the senior traders and partners. I shadowed a few trading desks and went through a deep dive of my past experience as well as why I wanted to work at the firm and as a trader.
