I applied via kariyer.net. Based on the stats posted on their listing, they had a few hundred applications for one spot and the job posting was up for about a week.

A few days after applying, their senior analyst called me for a phone interview and said that if it goes well, there would be a case interview in their Istanbul office.
Interview Questions
The phone interview was mostly fit based and more relaxed than I had anticipated. We talked a bit about my past work experience and academic career. They also wanted to make sure that I knew the nature of the business that they were doing. Of course there was the standard: "Do you have any questions about our firm?"

I can't say there were any difficult questions. I was asked about their current investments and exits. I knew their current investments because I went through their website beforehand, but their exits weren't listed so that question took me by surprise.
