The interview was conducted online during the pandemic. It was hosted by the team leader of the department I applied to and his/her deputy. Interview questions included: personality check questions, competency-based questions and situational based questions. They also asked the motivation behind the application and what attracts me to the work at this particular department of Bloomberg. In the end, they asked about the products/services offered by Bloomberg to test the understanding of their business and your research on the company.
