Capital Structure Analyst

Surprise phone interview, I asked her to call me back again since I was on the streets. 2 on 1 interview, interview was with the team head for the position and another manager from another team. General interview questions is expected and some questions about the job role itself. No technical questions, likability was the most important part for the interview. On the way out, the team head said they would arrange the final interview with the department head, however didn't hear back from them and got a rejection after a week.
