Data Analyst/Research Analyst

Contacted by recruiter for Bloomberg Data Analyst role. Set up initial telephone interview with HR which was quite a simple process. They asked the typical interview questions such as Why Bloomberg? and information about the company. Second round interview consisted of a one-on-one in the Bloomberg office (London office is amazing and a whole floor is dedicated to food & beverages. Interview consisted of more technical related interview questions and really pushed your knowledge of finance. Pushed you until you were willing to admit that you do not know the answer (this is the response they are looking for). You also do some shadowing in the department for an hour or so before the interview.Third Round interview consisted of another one-on-one with two managers of the department. Questions were more behavioural based for some reason which I found peculiar. However, they also asked brain teaser questions at the end.
