The interview process is efficient, normally took 4 days to get the reply. The first interview is with HR people, easy questions, go through cv, and really test you whether you understand the role or not. The second interview is with you direct future manager, begin to ask you how to sell you favorite app, role play question, about your experience, about your understanding about the role. The third round is with sales leader and analytics leader, very relax but untraditional and unexpected questions, eg, tell me something about you which is not in the cv, how your experience contribute to this role, have you applied other jobs, why not banks, what your hobbits ect. The last round is with the big boss and local HR leader, no any technical questions at all, they were worrying about your "longevity" with firm, they were pushing you with the says that your future is uncertain.
