Please describe the interview / hiring process.
You first start off with a phone interview. HR seems very nice and open to accepting people. From the group of students who I interviewed with, I assume she likes to look for people from well-known named universities with a background in economics or finance.
After getting called up for an interview the very next week (very informally), interview was very stress based. Bloomberg really stresses out their candidates with hard questions.
You are taken to lunch to meet some associates then you are sat down and interviewed separately by two Bloomberg head managers each 30 min. In total, you meet 4 people.
