Graduate Analyst, with languages

Received emailled invitation for phone interview within a week of applying online. Interview was fine, fairly standard questions: why bloomberg, why this team, why a good fit, what do you know about bloomberg, prior experience.

Interviewer was friendly, I'd researched the role and the company fairly well beforehand, so was prepared for responses. I put a few questions to interviewer when she asked and tried to make them a little less standard to test response. Interviewer seemed to take more of an interest in the conversation from there and asked a number of follow up questions. These were still pretty standard, but seemed to show an interest in taking conversation further.

Received an invitation to visit offices the same day, which I accepted.
