The interview process was quite long. Firstly, I completed online applications followed by online assessments that included video recordings and a fit test. After that, I received an invitation for an in-person interview with two analysts. The interview focused mostly on my resume and included a simulation test where I had to sell a product and explain a concept in simpler terms. Following that, I had a chance to observe how real analysts work during an hour-long tutorial. Finally, I had a final interview with a senior manager of the team in the APAC region.
