Group interview of about 20 applicants in Bloomberg's Hong Kong office. After brief introductions about the company by HR and other managers, along with our own introductions, applicants were invited onto the stage in groups to serve as a Q&A team panel, being asked a series of questions, and then coming to a consensus on how to answer as a team. Entire process lasts 1 hour. It is difficult to gauge how much of an individual impression a single applicant can make, given that it is a rather large group.
