I heard from recruiting many weeks after submitting my resume with multiple time options for phone interviews. The phone interview was a really basic fit interview. There was no "tell me about a time when..." -- instead it was just a very open and honest chat; I was asked to walk through my resume and then discussed my interest in Bloomberg.
