Spring Insight Week

It was a fairly quick process, it barely lasted a month.
First I submitted an online application (with short essay questions, cv + cover letter) and I was offered a hire-view with mainly behavioural questions. Even though I performed OK, I was offered a second interview with two members of the recruiting team. Got an offer in the following 24h.

They seemed to like very much my interest in financial technology and data analytics in general. I would advise candidates to prepare well the company profile, it's competitors, main products (not just the Bloomberg Terminal)... Also to be aware and study the role you're applying to, very important.

The recruitment team was extremely kind. They emphasised on Bloomberg's search for diverse students (ranging from engineering to politics). Work culture seems rewarding and caring of employees, whilst at the same time competitive and result-driven.
