you have a spot price of 100, vol of 40, what is the probability that the price will be within 60 and 140 within 1 year. This is a basic probability question that tests your understanding of normal distributions and standard deviations.
Also asked about variance swaps and how you price them. Which spot price movement has more volatility and as a result, which one would you rather pick if you were long a variance swap.
Describe a typical structured product and how you would hedge it (which instruments would you use to hedge the product)
