The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview Questions
Questions were:
Why corporate finance?
What do we do?
What sets us apart?
What did you do on your last internship and how long did it last?
What are you currently doing?
Why do you want to work for us?
Tell me about yourself/walk me through your CV.
Pretty standard questions, nothing too difficult or unexpected. Read up on the company and know it inside out.
The interviewer was friendly and it only lasted for about 10 minutes. I had the opportunity to ask a few questions at the end (about 2). Be ready to talk about yourself and past experiences.
