Interview
The interview process began with a phone interview, basic behavioral questions, walk me through your resume etc.

In-person interview was about 15-30 min with each member of the office, still very heavily behavioral.
Interview Questions
The most unexpected question I was asked was, "What was the last book you read and what was it about?"
Other hard questions would be:
"What difficulties do you anticipate encountering at this job? How would you work to overcome them?"
"Who is a figure you admire most in your life and why? In what ways have you tried to emulate or learn from them?"
"How can you contribute to this firm? What are experiences on your resume that can back this up?"
"Thanks for your time! Before you leave, what's my name? What's this guy's name?"
