I started off with a phone interview with a corporate recruiter based in LA. After having passed this first round interview I was given the opportunity to Skype with the VP-Investments to see whether I was a fit for the type of intern he was looking for this past summer (2012).

My advice for Marcus & Millichap is to know who your interviewing with. Know what market niche your boss is involved in whether it be multifamily, office etc. Most importantly be friendly, show professionalism and promise to deliver the highest level of work ethic.
